Sparrowpaw was running through the forest, the stars of Silverpelt shining from above. He felt the wind run across his fluffy pelt and stir the long hairs on his tail, but he also felt something else, fear. But stronger than that, he felt overwhelming guilt and grief. He skidded to a halt when he came across a stream, and saw how much of a wreck he was. Five moons had passed since the incident in the elder's den, and since then, no cat except Blackkit and Snakefang looked at him the same again. Even Gingerclaw, his own father, was hesitant around him. Sparrowkit had built a sort of bond with Snakefang, and he spent most all his time listening to his stories about a great flame-coloured leader who was born a kittypet, and his deputy, who was the son of a murderous tyrant who sought power over the whole forest.     Sorry I couldn't blog for a while, I'm a little busy with everything, considering I was thrust into the tenth level of school last week. My classes aren't that bad, except for the fact that I have gym first thing with the most hard-assed teacher I've ever met. Plus math right after; what asshole decided it was a good idea to make us all mentally and physically exhausted before block 2? English is all right, we're doing Romeo and Juliet and To Kill A Mockingbird over the year. Finally, something a little more challenging. You don't know how many Whovians are your friends until your phone blows up with texts about the next doctor.
